急性犬瘟热伴发寄生性肠炎的病理形态学观察
Pathomorphologic observation of acute canine distemper accompanying parasitic enteritis

Abstract
To investigate the relationship of acute canine distemper and parasitic enteritis in pathologic aspects,the pathologic tissue changes of 12 diarrhea cases of acute canine distemper were detailedly studied by immunohistochemistry,haematoxylin eosin(HE) and periodic acid Schiff(PAS).The results indicated that 6 diarrhea cases were caused by coccidia and 2 diarrhea cases were caused by cryptosporidia. The coccidia were mainly examined in the epithelium of jejunum and ileum. A lot of coccidia were also found in mucus formed with shed epithelium and villi destroyed.The most common shapes of coccidia were trophozoite and schizont that contains many merozoites.The trophozoites were often located in epithelial cells or intercellular.The cross section of trophozoite was not the whole round.Hyperchromatic nucleus stained with HE was located in center of trophozoite.The lightish protoplasm was looked like the fine mesh.The plasma membrane was obviously. Schizont was not the whole round,located in degeneration epithelium and contained many glycogen granules with red stained by PAS.Cryptosporidia located mainly in the striated border of intestinal epithelium and enteraden epithelium.It was able to cause microvilli to destruction and epithelium to shedding. The intense positive reaction stained by monoclonal antibody of anti-canine distemper virus nuclear capsid proteins was found out in intestinal epithelium,lymphocytes,macrophages and dendritic cells.In conclusion,the occurrence of acute canine distemper parasitic diarrhea is on the basis of lower resistance of intestinal mucosa caused by canine distemper virus.关键词
