重组禽流感H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(H5N1 Re-4+Re-5株)抗体消长规律及免疫程序的研究
Antibody response and vaccination schedule of bivalent killed avian influenza vaccine of H5 subtype(Re-4+Re-5)
摘要
Abstract
The antibody changes against Re-5 and Re-4 of SPF chickens,commercial layer,layer breeders,and broiler were observed post the vaccination with bivalent reassortment of H5 subtype avian influenza vaccine.The results indicated that the vaccination could induce high antibody responses.The antibody titer,high antibody titer and sustain time of high antibody titer were closely related to husbandry conditions and environment pollution.The vaccination result on broiler is not so satisfactory.Maternal antibody level influenced the vaccination result.The titer against Re-4 was 0.4 lb higher than that against Re-5.The results suggested that the vaccination program should be decided on the husbandry conditions,environment pollution,marketing time and weight of chickens.关键词
