副黏病毒膜融合机制的研究进展
Research advance in the mechanism of paramyxovirus membrane fusion
摘要
Abstract
Two paramyxovirus glycoproteins,the attachment protein and the fusion（F） protein,are key to the membrane fusion process.The structure and function of these two proteins,receptors and function sites of attachment proteins are discussed in this paper to review the mechanisms of paramyxovirus membrane fusion.And the mechanisims that are based on different receptors are also summarized by illustrating the different interaction between the two proteins.This preview provides some ideas for further study of virus invasion mechanism and control strategies.关键词
