摘要
Abstract
Takayasu arteritis,an important factor lo cause secondary hypertension,refers to the chronic progressive nonspecific inflammation in aorta and its branches, which can lead to stenosis or occlusion of different regions. A few cases can be developed into arteriectasis or aneurysma due to the damage in mediate layer of arterial walls by inflammation. Accordind to different nidus regions,various clinical manifestations can be found, mainly ischemia in the affected regions. Hypertension occurs when the abdominal and thoracic aorta or renal artery is affected.关键词
