摘要
Abstract
Intermittent claudication is the early clinical manifestation of peripheral arterial disease. With the improvement of living conditions, the incidence showed an increasing trend in the elderly over the age of 45. At present, the in-time diagnosis and the treatment of intermittent claudication is particularly important. The rational therapy of intermittent claudication includes exercise, risk factor rectification, antiplatelet therapy and surgery. Most patients could be improved by conservative therapy, and only a few patients should be performed surgery.关键词
