The translational medicine study for acute graft-versus-host-disease after liver transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Translational medicine is a novel concept internationally and it focus on transferring achievement of basic research to clinical setting. The scientific idea of preclinical study often originates from clinical work. Acute graft-versus-host disease after liver transplantation is a challenging problem in the clinical practice because of its high mortality. The real mechanism of this disease is unclear at present. Since its low incidence, it is necessary to document the mechanism experimentally. We did related research work in lab recently, which included rat model establishment, immune problem and modalities exploring et al. The preclinical research results are pending to apply in clinicalsetting. Our work is a typical example of translationalmedicine. From this view point, here we summarize someissues.关键词
