转基因家畜信息数据库的建立
Construction of Information Database of Transgenic Livestock
摘要
Abstract
Information on transgenic livestock which had been successfully produced in the world since 1991 was collected from literature database of NCBI and CNKI websites. Based on these information and technology of ASP. NET,information database of transgenic livestock was constructed (hup://www. Gmanimal. Com. Cn/sjk/ index, asp). The database contained information on species, the names of the exogenous genes, transgenic methods, phenotypic characteristics, research institutions, countries or regions,literature link and so on. To date, there were 79 records in the database, which included 37 records of transgenic pig, 16 records of transgenic cattle, 12 records of transgenic sheep and 14 records of transgenic goat. This database was open and free for public, users could query and download relevant information, which achieved share on information of transgenic livestock.关键词
