摘要
Abstract
Pregnancy-associated glycoprotein (PAG) is a pregnancy specific protein which found in the peripheral blood of pregnant ruminant animal. PAG plays an important role during pregnancy. Currently,detecting the PAG concentration in the serum can used for pregnancy diagnose. This article reviews the discovery,purification,metabolism of PAG,and the application of PAG in early pregnancy diagnosis.关键词
