Advances in Searching for Anticoccidial Drugs Target

Abstract
At present,coccidiosis is still mainly controlled by the use of chemotherapeutic agents; thus. New drugs are urgently needed due to the rising problem of drug-resistant strains of Eimeria. To discover and select suitable drug target was the precondition of drug development as well as the key point of drug screening and oriented synthesis. This article reviews the progress in research of the drug target screening.关键词
