四川会东烤烟香型风格特点及主导因子初探OACSCDCSTPCD
Studies on Aroma Type and its Dominated Factors of Flue-cured Tobacco in Huidong County of Sichuan Province
为明确四川会东烟叶香型风格特点及主导因子,选取四川会东初烤中部烟叶代表样品64份,根据感官评价结果,对不同香型风格样品进行感官质量、外观质量和理化指标差异分析及系统聚类分析.结果表明,四川会东烤烟特色香型风格以清香型、清偏中、中偏清和浓透清为主；典型清香型及浓透清类型烟叶香吃味品质相对较好,其他风格类型越接近清香型,其感官香吃味品质得分越高；影响会东烟叶香型风格的主要因子为叶片颜色、叶面密度、总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、氯、 pH、糖碱比、两糖差.
64 of flue-cured tobacco samples in Huidong County Sichuan Province were selected to study aroma styles characteristic and dominated factors influencing aroma styles.
