植烟海拔对烤烟红花大金元质体色素及其降解产物的影响
The Effects of Altitude on Plastid Pigment and Its Degraded Products in Flue-cured Tobacco Honghuadajinyuan

Abstract
Effects of planting altitude (from 1700 m to 2 200 m) on plastid pigment and its degraded products in flue-cured tobacco honghuadajinyuan in Huidong county of Sichuan Province was investigated by field experiments. The result shows that the contents of chlorophyll, carotenoid and degraded products increased at first and then decreased with the increase of planting altitude. The contents were the highest in 2 000 m altitude, next in 2 100 m and 2 200 m altitude, the lower in 1 900 m, 1 700 m and 1 800 m altitude. Some valuable flavor compounds, such as neophytadiene, β-damascone, farnesyl acetone, dihydroactinodiolide and megastigmatrienone were higher in 2 000 m, 2 100 m and 2 200 m altitude. The 2 000 m altitude had the highest contents of total aroma matters, products degraded by carotene and neoplytadiene. Honghuadajinyuan had better features between 2 000-2 200 m altitudes.关键词
