拮抗烟草青枯病菌的内生细菌筛选、鉴定及定殖研究
Studies on screening and identification of endophytic bacteria against Ralstonia solanacearum and its colonization

Abstract
16 antagoulstic strains were screened by antagonistic assay in vitro on plate from the endophytic bacteria which were isolated from inner roots, leaves and steins of different tobacco cultivars. 7 strain, including B7, H4-2, C3, DR8, D3, B8 and 33 were chosen to be identified based on 16S rDNA, and sequently built phylogenetic tree. Results indicated that strain H4-2, C3, DR8, B8 and 33 showed high homologous sequence with Bacillus spp. The streptomycin resistance strain B8-5 was also used to study its colonization in soil as well as in roots, leaves, and stems of tobacco and its control efficiency on tobacco bacterial wilt. Results showed that B8-5 can colonize on tobacco roots-surface and in vivo and had a good ability of colonization and transmissibility in tobacco plant. The control efficiency of B8-5 against tobacco bacterial wilt in field was as high as 66. 64%.关键词
