我院111例住院患者“特殊使用类”抗菌药物应用分析
Analysis of the Utilization of “Special Use” Antibiotics in 111 Inpatients from Our Hospital

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the utilization of "special use" antibiotics in our hospital, except for antifungal drugs. METHODS: The use of "special use" antibiotics in our hospital was investigated and statistically analyzed during Jul. -Sept. In 2010. RESULTS: Among involved 111 hospitalized patients, 91 patients whose indications for "special use" antibiotics were reasonable, accounting for 82.0% ; there were 52 cases with rational medical treatments, usage and dosage, accounting for 46.8% ; in 38 cases of combination therapy, 32 patients received rational administration of "special use" antibiotics, which accounted for 84.2%; in 65 patients elderly or with liver and kidney dysfunction, the cases of reasonable dose adjustments amounted to 33 which occupied 50.8%. CONCLUTION: The clinical application for "special use" antibiotics are not reasonable in our hospital. Several aspects should be standardized in terms of indication, treatment course, dosage and usage, drug combination and dosage adjustment for drug use of special group, etc.关键词
