Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in the treatment of Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets. METHODS: 62 cases of PCOS were treated by Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets for 3 cycles. The serum levels of E2, FSH, LH, PRL and T, the size of ovary and the number of sinus follicle were determined before and after treatment CP<0.01 orP<0.05). RESULTS: The serum levels of FSH, LH, LH/FSH, T and PRL and the size of ovary and the number of sinus follicle decreased significantly after treatment for 3 cycles than before (all P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets can significantly improve hyperandrogenism in PCOS patient and be used for ovulation induction so as to promote the possibility of ovulation and pregnancy.关键词
