Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish analysis method of HPLC specific chromatograms of crude and processed Gansu Angelica sinensis, and to determine the content of ferulic acid before and after processing. METHODS: The HPLC separation was performed on Agilent HC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column by gradient elution using acetonitrile-0.2% aqueous acetic acid as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL-min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS: Specific chromatograms of Gansu A. sinensis from 3 main producing areas showed high similarity. The content of ferulic acid decreased a little in processed Gansu A. sinensis. CONCLUSION: Specific chromatograms combined with marker compounds determination can be used for quality control of Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese herbal pieces. This method shows high precision, good repeatability and contents are separation. It can be used for the quality evaluation of crude and processed A sinensis.关键词
