Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Compound xiakucao jiangya granules. METHODS: Prunella vul-garis, Paevnia lactijlora, Sophora japonica were identified by TLC, and the content of peoniflorin in the preparation was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: TLC was rapid and sensitive, and TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference from negative substance. The linear range of peoniflorin was 8.848~442.400 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9,n=7) with an average recovery of 100.11%(RSD=1.10%,n=6). CONCLUSION Established standard can be used for the quality control of Compound xiakucao jiangya granules.关键词
