Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Citrus grandis in different habitats and to provide scientific basis for its quality evaluation. METHODS: Volatile oil was extracted from C. grandis by steam distillation method. The chemical components of volatile oil were detected by GC-MS. RESULTS: There were common constituents from C. grandis in different habitats, which were α-Pinene, β-Pinene, Myrcene, D-Limonene, α-Terpinol, Geranial, β-Caryophyllene, etc. CONCLUSION: There are 7 common constituents of C. grandis in different habitats, but the chemical constituents of volatile oil are different in C. grandis from different habitats.关键词
