Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of cordycepin in fermented Cordyceps militaris. METHODS:RP-HPLC method was adopted.DIAMONSIL-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-water-eth-anol (5:90:5) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 259 nm and column temperature was 40 ℃ .RESULTS: The linear range of cordycepin was 2.56~51.20 μg · mL -1 (r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.35% (RSD=2.71%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate for the determination of cordycepin in fermented C. militaris.关键词
