Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis complicating with cardiac damage. METHODS: 80 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group (40 cases in each group). The patients in observation group were given Xiyanping injection (5 mg·kg-1d-1) and symptomatic treatment, and the patients in control group were given Virazole injection(10~15 mg·kg-1·d-1)and symptomatic treatment. The cards cardiac enzymes spectrum of 2 groups were checked and rechecked at the beginning of treatment and 5~7 days after treatment. RESULTS: The cards cardiac enzymes spectrum of 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment, compared with before treatment(P<0.05). There were significant difference between 2 groups, besides LDH (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 95%, while in control group was 77.5%, There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Xiyanping injection is significantly effective for infantile rotavirus enteritis complicating with cardiac damage without obvious adverse drug reactions.关键词
