特益乳膏的制备及稳定性考察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To prepare Terbinafine hydrochloride and econazole nitrate cream (Teyi cream) and to investigate its stability. METHODS: The formulation of Teyi cream was optimized with single factor method. Its stability was studied by plotting the influential factor tests, accelerated test and long-term test. RESULTS: Optimal formulation of Teyi cream composed of terbinafine hydrochloride 10 g, econazole nitrate 2.5 g, albolene 30 g, octadecanol 10 g, octadecanoic acid 60 g, triethanolamine 5.4 g and so on (total amount was 1 000 g), exhibiting uniform ivory ointment. Stability results showed that there were no significant changes in such indexes. CONCLUSION: The formulation of prepared Teyi cream is optimal and has a good stability with package.关键词
