Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To standardize perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics and explore reasonable intervention measures. METHODS: The intervention and management model of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics were established and promoted; and 620 discharged cases of 11 types of clean incision operations were selected from our hospital in Mar., Jun. And Sept. In 2010, and the rationality of prophylactic application of antibiotics was compared before and after intervention. RESULTS : Through establishing a management group of antibiotics, developing management systems and implementation rules, improving antibiotics knowledge training and mechanism of intervention made by clinical pharmacists and carrying out consecutive intervention cycle, rationality rate was improved from 12.38% before intervention to 33.99% and 51.21% after intervention (P< 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: It is feasible and effective to establish implementation rules and management measures for perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in our hospital. It is effective to improve rational use of antibiotics.关键词
