复尔康胶囊抗肿瘤作用的研究
Experimental Study of Anti-tumor Effects of Fuerkang Capsule
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effects of Fuerkang capsule on mice transplanted tumors and Fuerkang capsule ' s synergy effects when combined with different chemotherapeutic drugs. METHODS: The inhibition rates of high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose of Fuerkang capsules (500, 250, 125 mg-kg"') on S,so,H22 and Lewis tumors were all determined. Fuerkang capsule was also combined with different chemotherapeutic drugs of varies pharmaceutical mechanisms (mitomycin, fluorouracil, cisplatin, peplomycin, hydroxycamptothecin, adriamycin) and inhibition rates of Si8o,H22 and Lewis tumors were measured. RESULTS: Fuerkang capsule showed significant inhibitory effects on three different tumors(/><0.01). Inhibitory effects of Fuerkang capsule combined with chemotherapeutic drugs on Siso,H22 and Lewis tumors were better than chemotherapeutic drugs alone(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: Fuerkang capsule has not only anti-tumor effects, but also can generate synergy effects when combined with chemotherapeutic drugs.关键词
