HPLC法测定肠激安提取物中芍药苷的含量
Content Determination of Paeoniflorin in Changji'an Extract by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Changji'an extract. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on a Phenomenex Luna Ci8(250 mmx4.6 mm,5 um) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1 % phosphoric acid (15:85) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL-min'1. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was 30 °C. RESULTS: The linear range was 0.064 4~0.644 0 jig for paeoniflorin (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.57% (RSD=2.47% ,?=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, practical and well reproducible. It can be used as a method for the content determination of Changji'an extract.关键词
