舌莲胃康胶囊的质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Shelian Weikang Capsules
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards of Shelian weikang capsules. METHODS: TLC was used for qualitative identification of Rhizoma Curcumae,Panax notoginseng,Hedyotic diffusa; The content of scutellarin from Scutellaria barbata was determined by HPLC. RESULTS:TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference of negative substance. The linear range were 0.01-0.10 mg-rnL"1 for scutellarin (r= 0.999 8). The average recovery were 97.86% (RSD= 1.62% ,k=6). CONCLUSION: Established standard can be applied for the quality control of Shelian weikang capsules.关键词
