清肺合剂HPLC指纹图谱研究
Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Qingfei Mixture

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Qingfei mixture. METHODS: The optimal condition of separation and detection were achieved on an Elite SinoChrom ODS-AP (250 mm><4.6 mm, 5 um) column with mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile and 0.01% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (gradient elution) at flow rate of 1.0 mL-min'.The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm.RESULTS: Control fingerprints of 16 batches of Qingfei mixture were established and 16 peaks were regarded as the characteristic peaks. The peak of p-coumaric acid was appointed as the reference peak. According to the similarity, the diversity of quality among different samples was minor. CONCLUSION: Established method is accurate, simple and stable. It provides basis for the production and quality control of Qingfei mixture.关键词
