Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To develop the method for the content determination of ginsenoside Re in Panax ginseng. METHODS: UPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Waters patened hybrid particle column (50 mmx2.1 mm, 1.7 urn) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitreile-water (19:81) with detection wavelength at 203 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of ginsenoside Re was 0.531-1.239 (ig-mL"1(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.70%(RSD=1.23%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, convenient and accurate with high efficacy, and it can be used for the content determination and quality control of P. Ginseng.关键词
