Optimization of the Information System of TCM Dispensary by Lean Management and Fast Dispensary Achievement

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To apply lean management in the information management of TCM dispensary in order to realize fast and error-free dispensary of TCM. METHODS: Problems accompanying small-package and decoction of TCM in our TCM dispensary were analyzed, and corrective improvement measures were proposed. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: The combination of lean management and information management of TCM dispensary leads to quicker and more accurate dispensing than traditional TCM dispensary. It is a perfect integration of TCM, modern information technology and lean management theory.关键词
