Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the characteristics and regularity of the renal injury induced by Lianbizhi injection, and to provide a reference for the safety of drug use in the clinic. METHODS: 56 cases of renal injury induced by Lianbizhi injection, which were reported in the domestic medicine journal from 2000 to 2011, were analyzed statistically in respect of sex and distribution, allergy history, occurrence time, original disease, drug use condition, main clinical manifestation, therapy method and prognosis. RESULTS: In these 56 cases, male and female patients respectively accounted for 73.21% and 26.79%, whose age were between 14 and 66. Most of them appeared after using the drug 1 or 2 times, then stopped taking drug in time and were given treatment. The prognosis was sound usually. Either alone or drug combination resulted in renal injury. CONCLUSIONS: We should pay attention to Lianbizhi injection-induced renal injury and take care of the whole drug use process to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
