摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To study general pharmacology of tumor radio-sensitization agent nikean. METHODS:Mice were randomized into solvent control group, nikean high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups (375 mg·kg-1 750 mg·kg-1, 1 500 mg-kg"'), respectively with 10 mice in each group. Those groups were administered with relevant medicine via tail intravenous vein. The free action and balance capacity of mice were investigated. Experimented dogs were also divided into solvent control group, nikean high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups (180 mg·kg-1, 360 mg·kg-1, 540'mg·kg-1) groups, respectively with 6 dogs in each group. Those dogs were administered with relevant medicine via buttock intravenous vein. The blood pressures, electrocardiogram, heart rate, heart rhythm, and breathing rate and depth in anaesthesized dogs were also investigated. RESULTS Compared with solvent control group, nikean groups had no obvious change in free action and' balance capacity of mice. Nikean high-dose group had some decline in above two indexes. Nikean groups had no obvious change in blood pressure, electrocardiogram, heart rate, heart rhythm, respiratory frequency and depth of anaesthesized dogs. CONCLUSION:Nikean 1 500 nig·kg-1 has some impact on central nervous system in mice, but unobviously. Under this experimental condition, nikean has no impact on physiological functions of cardiovascular and respiratory system in dogs.
