Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for standardizing pharmaceutical care in the hospital. METHODS: The pharmacy development of our pharmacy department in recent years was promoted by building up new conception, standardizing and classifying pharmacy working, optimizing knowledge structure, carrying out performance quantitative evaluation. RESULTS: Establishment of new concept contributed to pharmaceutical staff realizing the advantage of pharmaceutical care with patients as center. Standardization and division of pharmacy working prepared for the knowledge deep-going. The optimization of knowledge structure laid the foundation of service improvement. Performance quantitative evaluation aroused the potential of pharmaceutical staff. CONCLUSIONS : The measures adopted by our hospital ensure the quality of pharmaceutical care, improve the development of it and promote pharmacy working of the hospital to serve for the clinic and patients.关键词
