Exploration of Excel Sampling Method of Prescription Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for decreasing workload of prescription sampling. METHODS: According to the characteristics of initial data from HIS software, the steps of equal interval sampling of 100 prescriptions from 1 650 adult outpatient prescriptions of our hospital in Mar. 16, 2010 with excel functions, such as sort, autofilter, arithmetic sequence, VLOOK-UP, were summarized and demonstrated. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The exampling can be completed within 15 minutes. Data pretreatment and randomized sampling workload both are simplified, so the method is of significance for spreading and communication.关键词
