Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in therapeutic scheme decision of pediatric IgA nephrop-athy. METHODS: Based on the drug rationality analysis of a case of pediatric IgA nephropathy, clinical pharmacists put forward advices of drug use to analyze and improve the therapeutic scheme. RESULTS: Physicians accepted the advices from clinical pharmacists, and the patient experienced the treatment process smoothly and was improved greatly to leave hospital. CONCLUSIONS: Pediatric clinical pharmacists should focus on the process of special drug treatment and assist physicians' to determine pediatric individual therapeutic scheme.关键词
