Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of the infection pathogenic bacteria in cardiovascular department of our hospital, and to provide reference for rational use of antibacterial agents. METHODS: Related data were collected through the hospital information system, and statistical analysis was conducted for the distribution and drug resistance of the infection pathogenic bacteria, and the use of antibacterial agents in cardiovascular department of our hospital from 2009 to 2010. RESULTS: 68 strains of infection pathogenic bacteria were detected in cardiovascular department from 2009 to 2010, among which there were 37 strains of Gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 54.41% , and 31 strains of Gram-positive bacteria, accounting for 45.59% . Top 3 Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella ' pneumoniae, and Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecal is. Drug resistant rates of gram-negative bacteria to imipenem, amikacin and cefepime were less than 30%. Gram-positive bacteria were highly sensitive to vancomycin and teicoplanin, and no drug resistant strain was found. The mainly usd antibacterial agents in cardiovascular department from 2009 to 2010 were cephalosporins, /Mactamase-producing enzyme inhibitors and quinolone. The top two antibacterial agents were cefpi-ramide and ticarcillin/clavualnic acid. CONCLUSION: Hospital cardiovascular department should choose right antibacterial agents based on the distribution and drug resistance of the infection pathogenic bacteria to reduce the occurrence of drug resistance.关键词
