淫羊藿提取物自乳化软胶囊的制备工艺研究
Study on Preparation Technology of Epimedii Folium Extract Self-emulsifying Soft Capsule
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the formulation and the preparation technology of Epimedii Folium extract self-emulsifying soft capsule. METHODS: The formulation was optimized by using solubility experiment and pseudo ternary phase diagram, and Epimedii Folium extract self-emulsifying soft capsule was evaluated by stability test, dissolution test and particle size determinaion. RESULTS: The premium formulation was chosen with ethyl oleate as oil phase, Tween 80 as surfactant, Transcutol as co-surfactant. The optimal formulation was Epimedii Folium extract:ethyl oleate : Tween 80 :Transcutol (10:33.75:45:11.25). CONCLUSION : The selected prescription is reasonable, and the dissolution of prepareds self-emulsifying soft capsule is higher than common capsule. It lays the foundation for further improvement of oral bioavailability of Epimedii Folium extract.关键词
