Simultaneous Determination of Fibrauretin and Jatrorrhizine Hydrochloride in Huangtengsu Injection by HPLC

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of fibrauretin and jatrorrhizine hydrochlo-ride in Huangtengsu injection. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Grace Alltima Cis (250 mmx4.6 mm, 5 urn) column with mobile phase consisted of 0.4% diethylamine and 0.8% acetic acid water solution-acetoni-trile (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was set at 345 nm and the column temperature was set at 40 °C. RESULTS: The linear ranges of fibrauretin and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride were 5.39^215.50 iig-mL1 and 0.39~15.50 ugTnL~'(r=0.999 9), respectively. The average recoveries of these two compounds were 99.1%(RSD=1.6% ,n=6) and 99.7% (RSD=0.8% ,w=6), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific for the content determination of fibrauretin and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride in Huangtengsu injection.关键词
