楮头红化学成分的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Chemical Constituents from Sarcopyramis nepalensis

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify chemical constituents from the ethanol extracts of Sarcopyramis nepalensis. METHODS: S. nepalensis were extracted with 60% ethanol. The ethanol extracts were successively partitioned with systematic solvent. The chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract were separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-ODS column. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical properties, NMR and ESI-MS spectral analysis. RESULTS: Seven chemical constituents were isolated and identified as β-Sitosterol (1),daucosterpl (2), kaempferol (3), quercetin (4),quercetin-3-0-β-D-glu-copyranoside (5), rutin (6) and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7). Compounds 3~7 were isolated from the plant for the first time. CONCLUSION: The results provide the scientific basis for further exploitation of S. nepalensis.关键词
