Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oils from Acorns calamus. METHODS: The volatile oils of A. calamus was extracted by steam-stilling and was identified qualitatively by GC-MS. The percentage composition of the volatile oils was calculated with peak area normalization method. RESULTS: 32 compounds were identified, the constituents of the volatile oils were almost the same form rhizome and leaves of A. calamus, and the major constituents of the volatile oils were asa-rone, shyobunone and elemicin. CONCLUSION: Volatile oils from the A. calamus contain abundant medicinal active ingredients.关键词
