Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of gardenoside in Yunxiang shiwu pills. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mmx4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile (85:15) at the flow rate of 1 niL.min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. RESULTS: The linear range was 0.784~3.920 μg(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.3%(RSD= 1.0% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, quick, accurate, and is suitable for the quality control of gardenoside in Yunxiang shiwu pills.关键词
