Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the utilization and trend of TCM injections in our hospital. METHODS: The consumption sum and DDDs of TCM injections in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were subjected to an ordering analysis. RESULTS: The total consumption sum of TCM injections in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 increased year by year with annual incremental rates of 58.8% and 36.0% , respectively. The kind of TCM injections of activating blood circulation and expanding blood vessels took the lead in terms of consumption sum and DDDs over 3 years. And the price of 87.0% of TCM injections was relatively lower or there obtained sound synchrony between consumption sum and the number of users. CONCLUSION: The use of TCM injections in our hospital is comparatively reasonable, but safety and effectiveness of TCM injections should be strengthened to improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce ADR.关键词
