摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for rational use of TCM injections in the clinic. METHODS: 100 inpatients receiving 8 kinds of TCM injections for heart cerebrovascular disease were sampled in our hospital, respectively. The usage, dosage, solvent selection, solvent amount,drug medication, indications, etc. were analyzed; 20 inpatients were sampled to observe the dripping speed and adverse drug reaction for every TCM injections. RESULTS: Irrational use of drugs existed, such as excessive dosage, excessive concentration, wrong solvent selection, blending medicines, exceedingly fast dripping speed. CONCLUSION: Medical personnel should use the drug rationally, strictly according to the drug package inserts and the Basic Principle of Clinical Use of TCM Injections.关键词
