某区国家基本药物和地方增补品种应用情况的调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of the Application of National Essential Drugs and Local Supplemental Drugs in an Area

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the adjustment of national essential drug list and the improvement of national essential drug system. METHODS: The cross section survey was used. The utilization information of essential drugs in 68 community healthcare centers in Futian district, were investigated from Jul. 1st 2010 to Mar. 31th 2011. A total of 601 drugs included in the list of essential drugs in community healthcare facilities of Shenzhen Futian District, were analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 428 drugs (548 drug preparations), which included 248 national essential drugs, 130 supplemental essential drugs by Guangdong province and 50 supplemental essential drugs by Futian District Authorization, were used in 68 community healthcare centers in Futian district and reached 71.21% of all essential drugs in the list. Traditional Chinese drugs for internal medicine therapy, antimicrobials and cardiovascular drugs ranked top according the total consumed sum. The immune modulating agents, anesthetics and detoxica-tions were seldom utilized. Among ranking in sum top 20 drugs, 9 belonged to national essential drugs, 7 belonged to provincial supplemental essential drugs and 4 belonged to Futian District supplemental essential drugs. CONCLUSIONS: The absolute majority of drugs in the national essential drug list are suitable for the community healthcare facilities. All supplemental drugs by Futian District authorization and only a few part of supplemental essential drugs by Guangdong Province are suitable for the community healthcare centers in Futian District.关键词
