TA方案对乳腺癌敏感率与DNA修复酶表达的相关性研究
Relativity between the Inhibition Rate of TA Scheme on Breast Carcinoma and the Expression of DNA Repair Enzyme

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the relativity between the expression of O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MG-MT) and the sensitivity of breast carcinoma cell to paclitaxel combined with doxorubicin (TA scheme). METHODS: The inhibition rate of TA scheme on primary culture of breast carcinoma cell was observed by primary culture and MTT method, and the expression of MGMT was detected by SABC immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: In the breast carcinoma cells, the positive rate of MGMT was 55.42% (46/83). The positive rate of MGMT in lymphmetastasis group was higher than in non-lymphmetastasi significantly (P<0.05), and the sensitive rate of TA scheme was 42.17% (35/83). There was low correlation between the expression of MGMT and the inhibition rate of TA scheme (r=0.23). CONCLUSION: The inhibition rate of TA scheme is correlated to the expression of MGMT.关键词
