摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regularity and characteristics of Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions, and to provide reference for the safety of drug use in the clinic. METHODS: Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions were collected from our hospital during Mar. 2006 -Apr. 2011. Combined with literatures and reports retrieved from CNKI in nearly 16 years, Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions were analyzed comprehensively. RESULTS: 20 to 60 years took up the higher proportion, and allergic reactions were more common in female then in male. The high frequency of mild to moderate allergic reactions was observed. CONCLUSION: Vitamin Ki or Tween-80 may be a major factor to Vitamin Ki injection-induced allergic reactions , we should pay attention to these ADRs, in order to ensure safe drug use.关键词
