Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the advantage and disadvantage of centralized drag bidding and purchasing with internet and provide the reference of further improvement and perfection. METHODS: We summarized the work flow and key notes of drag bidding and purchasing with internet in our hospital in order to explore its success and deficiencies. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The work flow contains 9 steps, such as selection and determination of drag list and distribution enterprises, establishment of drag purchase plan and online confirmation. The key points of the work include selection of drag types, establishment of strict purchasing flow with internet, establishment of good and standard cooperation relationship between hospital and distribution enterprises. The advantages of drag bidding and purchasing with internet involve several aspects, I.e. Simplifying drag biding procedure, reducing bidding cost of enterprise, promoting standard and convenient drag purchase, guaranteeing timely supply and contributing to government supervision, etc. However, drag pricing, data platform function and government supervision should be further improved.关键词
