网织红细胞参数在贫血性疾病鉴别诊断中的应用
Clinical Application of Reticulocyte Parameters in Anaemia Differential Diagnosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of reticulocyte parameters in anaemia differential diagnosis. Methods To analyze RET%,RET#,IRF,LFR%,MFR% and HFR% in the anaemia patients with different type and normal people with Sysmex XE-2100 automatic blood analyzer. Results RET%,RET#,IRF,MFR% and HFR% in patients with hemolytic anaemia were obviously higher than that of other groups and the LFR% was lower (P < 0.01) than that of other groups. Compared iron anaemia patients, renal anaemia patients and liver anaemia patients with health control, RET# was no significant differences among them, but MFR%, HFR% and 1RF were significantly increased in iron anaemia patients (P < 0.01). RET% and RET# in aplastia anaemia patients and leukemia anaemia patients were lower than that of other groups,and the IRF of leukemia anaemia patients was obviously higher than that of aplastia anaemia group. Conclusion Reticulocyte parameters could describe the mature of reticulocyte in detail, they had great clinical significance in anaemia differential diagnosis.关键词
