摘要

Abstract

Objective To find out dynamic changes of distribution and antimicrobial resistance of gram-negative bacilli from intensive care unit (ICU) of our hospital. Methods Isolated bacteria were identified by API system,and its antimicrobial resistance was determined by Kirby-Bauer method. Data of isolation rate and drug resistant rate were analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software. Results Total 711 gram-negative bacilli isolates collected during three years. The most common species were Acinetobacter baumannii (27.3%), Pseudomonas aerug- inosa (PA) (21 .1%),Escheiichia coli ( 11.4%),Klebsiella pneumonia (7.7%) and Stenotmphomonas maltophilla (4.6%). The multi-drug resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii exhibited the increasing trend year by year. While the resistant rate of PA has been decreased. In 2007,2008 and 2009,the detection rates of the ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli were 52.6% ,63.2% and 71.4% .respectively,those of Klebsiella pneumonia were 50.0%,53.1% and 35.7%,respectively. Conclusion Gram-negative bacilli were main pathogen in ICU and non-fermentative bacilli were predominant pathogen. Monitoring the changes of distribution and drug resistance were very important to make the antibiotics effective.
