摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the gene expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and β-catenin and to explore their effects in pathological scars. Methods RT-PCR techniques were used to detect the gene expression of TGF-β1 and β-catenin in 22 case of keloid, 29 cases of hypertrophic scar and 18 cases of normal skin, and statistics was used to analyze the data. Results The gene expression of TGF-β1 and β1-catenin in keloid and hypertrophic scar were stronger than that in normal skin and there were significant differences between them (P < 0.01). But gene expression was not statistically difference between keloid scar and hypertrophic scar (P > 0.05). Conclusion TGF-p/smad and Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway might promote the formation of the pathological scar.关键词
