Comparison of nitrogen content and distribution between rapeseed hybrids and their parents at maturing stage

Abstract
Six parents (conventional rapeseed) and F, of their combinations from 6×6 complete double allele crosses were cultivated at two nitrogen application levels (NO, no nitrogen; N1, 150kg/hm2 nitrogen). Difference of nitrogen distribution was investigated between hybrids and parents at maturing stage. Results showed that (1) Nitrogen content in hybrid organ was higher than that in parents and the difference was larger in Nl treatment; (2) Nitrogen accumulation of hybrid was significantly higher than that of parents under NO treatment, but the difference was less significant under N1; (3) Nitrogen distribution in stem and branch of hybrids was significantly lesser than that of their parents, while total nitrogen of hybrid seeds was significantly higher than that of parents.关键词
