大豆基因组GmRAV同源基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics analysis of GmRAV homologs in soybean genome

Abstract
Bioinformatics of GmRAV homologs in soybean genome was analyzed using Phytome database, NCBI website, MEGA 4.0 and ClustalX softwares. Four copies of soybean GmRAV homologs were found to distribute on chromosome 1, 2, 10 and 20, respectively. GmRAV protein had AP2/ERF domain and B3 domain. According to RAV sequence and phylogenetic relations, Glycine max, Galega orientalis and Medicago truncatula had closer relationships. Among four homologs in soybean, GmRAV and Glyma20g32730 had close relationship, and were in the same cluster within Galega orientalis homolog. Glyma01g22260 and Glyma02g11060 had close relationship within the same cluster of Medicago truncatula RAV. Results suggested that larger functional differentiation of RAV copies on photoperiod control might have occurred during evolution.关键词
