Ethical Exploration on the Medical Resources Distribution in the Post- Disaster Reconstruction

Abstract
The effort from the medical field plays a decisive role in post - disaster reconstruction, in which the core issue is the re - distribution of medical resources. Relevant ethical principles that should be followed include the public welfare principle, the justice principle, and the efficiency principle. In particular, the justice in medical post - disaster reconstruction consists of the justice in health safeguarding, the justice in resources distribution, and the justice in policies and regulations.关键词
